Re:Sound is celebrating the 10th anniversary of their annual benefit concert Re:Wind: Back to Live on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 6:30 PM. at Lee’s Palace (529 Bloor St. W., Toronto).

After two years of virtual events, this year’s exciting in-person event is in support of the MusiCounts Band Aid Program, which provides under-resourced schools with grants to purchase musical instruments, equipment, and resources.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with MusiCounts for this year’s benefit concert,” says Lou Ragagnin, President and CEO of Re:Sound. “The MusiCounts Band Aid Program is nurturing the next generation of musicians, artists and industry professionals that will help the Canadian music industry continue to flourish.”

2022 marks the 25th anniversaries of Re:Sound and MusiCounts. This significant milestone will be celebrated with special musical performances from Re:Sound colleagues, industry professionals and surprise guests. It will also feature an online silent auction.

"We are so grateful to be the beneficiary of Re:Wind: Back to Live this year, particularly as both Re:Sound and MusiCounts are celebrating 25th anniversaries,” says Kristy Fletcher, President of MusiCounts. “MusiCounts works to make music accessible, sustainable, and inclusive, which ultimately fosters the next generation of music makers, music professionals, and music lovers."

Since its inception in 2012, the annual Re:Wind concert series has raised an impressive $200,000 for various charities. This year, Re:Sound hopes to raise $50,000 for the MusiCounts Band Aid Program.
